Big Bad Wolf

I’m in the mood to give something valuable away, so I’ve got two advance reading copies of Jordan Summers’ upcoming SCARLET, Dead World #2 (Tor Paranormal Romance, $6.99; June 2, 2009) up for grabs. If you’d like one, just give a shout out in the comments re: what you liked best about RED, Dead World #1. I’ll pick two winners on Friday.

Good Luck!

I enjoyed Red and thought that it was pretty unique compared to some urban fantasy things that I’ve read lately. I’m definitely looking forward to Scarlet.

I really liked “Red” was wondering if she was doing another one.
Please add my name to the list :-)

I haven’t read the first Dead World book but I’ve heard great things about it. :)

The red ink and cover art caught my eye first. But, I really like the world that she built, it is unique and more gritty than most romances. I am looking forward to Scarlet!

RED has been waiting patiently on my shelf for several months, though. ARCs and such get preference on the reading list, and thus books I buy myself are further down in the queue. Thus I still haven’t got around to reading it yet.

But when I do, I’d love to move on to SCARLET immediately after that ;-)

    P.S. I can’t resist a futuristic :-)

I would love a copy of Scarlet. And what I loved most about Red besides the Red ink on the sides is, it was completely different from all of the other shifter romance stories. I was on the edge of my seat reading it and it kept me guessing on who was responsible for what.

But I haven’t read the first one. I don’t know what I love about it yet.

I completely love the future Summers built, I’m a little wary when a book is feature in a “future” setting because writers make them up but I also want them to even slightly possible in the real world.
